does the watch support Qi wireless charging from my samsung phone reverse wireless charging?
does it come with usb c cable (or usb a cable) or wireless charger?
It comes with a Qi magnetic charging cradle (USB-A on the other end, if it matters).
I've never gotten the reverse wireless charging to work properly with my Pixel 5 - I think the slightly domed underside prevents good contact with the phone's back - but other people might have different experiences.

Bigger battery but don't expect any miracles.
I get about 30 hours out of mine, at mostly default settings with little use. It has a number of stages of power saving modes so could possibly do a week if cut right back to watch only mode.
I bought 44mm (5G version) for $180 and its battery is doing fine. I easily get 24-26 hours.

Not a problem. I have heart issues where the ECG feature would be beneficial if I suspected I needed to check, however, blood oxygen and ECG are two things that 999 out of 1000 people don't need to check or have on their radar. Realistically anyone who needs an ECG would benefit more from going to emergency, as if they check on their watch they'll just go to emergency anyway.
You can still use both features with the modified Samsung health app
I wouldn't be so sure about that, the release notes clearly state "Watch3 and Active2 only". That's a pretty complex and potentially expensive process installing custom apps, and signed certificates on both the watch and phone only to find the main feature you bought the watch for does not work…
