It seems like you can pick the type-c line out and use it as a usb hub. 10 is really a good price to buy a usb hub with hdmi.

USB-C Charger is actually a L-shaped cable that is tucked underneath the dock so it becomes loose just by having your phone put onto the dock.
Not worth it.
Tested on S20+ 5G it doesn't work to even read my phone storage let alone Dex.
Doesn't work on Switch.
I paid $7 when it was on sale.
