Hi Ozbargainers,

  Standard PSA that there is no clinical evidence that phenylephrine in tablet form has any benefit as a decongestant. It will however raise your blood pressure.

    This is hotly debated on Ozbargain and as such I cringe to post Cold and Flu PE on Ozb as I know I'll get about 20 emails telling me I am a X Y or Z (all unsavoury names) - Please keep in mind that there are other active ingredients in the product which may provide relief of cold and flu symptoms. If this product was removed from the bundle for 22 beans, this is still by far the cheapest price in Oz for the combo.

    Yes, this is a prescription only item (Schedule 4), I'm getting smacked down for mentioning originator brand names on Ozb, the day I list a S4 med, the lynch squad will have the feds kicking down my door before I've filled the first order ;-)
