You forgot the $15,999 price in title.

Free Mazzer Grinder and Press with La Marzocco Linea Classic 3 Group AV Coffee Machine $15,999 inc Free Shipping

        FTFY.
Details can go in a description, that's why it exists.

        • Noted

          • @Di pacci: More to note

            Titles should state:-
            1. Product model. May include relevant - but brief - specifications such as screen size.
            2. Price. May include discount or savings (e.g. “$2 off” or “half price”), if space allows. However, the price should NOT include referral discount/credit, cashback (commission refunds) or gift card discounts - include that in the deal description instead.
            3. Shipping cost. Exact cost if known or approximate range.

You nailed 3, were very detailed on 1, 2 on the other hand…

@Di pacci: Bonus Mazzer Grinder and Press with La Marzocco Linea Classic 3 Group AV Coffee Machine $15,999 inc Free Shipping

paying any $ and getting something extra doesn't make that extra "free". it's a bonus.

            • -1

@altomic: Mate you have no idea.
The rrp for that machine is $15,999
So they are free add ons in that context
Even if that machine is not competitive at RRP, the included bonuses will make this more appealing.
Further more if there are issues with your appliances need maintenance or servicing you have a local dealer to refer to. These are the perks of going local. Especially if you are running a business.

        Too many digits?

If there was no space to write the price, then just put $1599. I think you will have more sales!

      • Yes when there are so many numbers it probably can't fit.

      2017 model. Obviously used.

    Cheaper here or here.

    • +1

You're wrong. At least do your research before negging. The second listing is slightly cheaper but doesn't come with the bonuses I assume.

Coffee machine incl. free metro shipping: $10,150
Grinder incl. free metro shipping: $2,584
Puck press incl. $12 metro shipping: $1,302

Total: $14,036 delivered. Not really a bargain now, is it?

Also, as someone who spent 5+ years in the commercial catering/hospitality equipment industry, RRPs are a joke.

Any coffee addicts on here have a recommendation for a good manual travel grinder that's suitable for espresso? Will use with a Picopresso, just need something that doesn't take ages to grind espresso and doesn't weigh a ton in my suitcase. Up until now I've been grinding at home, weighing and using individual vac seal bags per dose, but have decided I'm not that keen to take numerous little bags of organic matter through international borders

PS sorry for hijacking this post

look into the comandante c40, works well as my travel grinder :)

      • I did look into that and it looks bloody good. I was hoping for something a bit closer to the 400gm weight but they all seem to be at the lower end at that weight, so looks like I'll just have to suck up around the 750gm - 800gm weight.

I’ve never advocated for hand grinders for espresso but I guess it matches your use case. I’d look at videos on YouTube from James Hoffmann or Lance Hedrick who I recall have extensively covered this topic. The Comandante has been the holy grail for a long time but is $$$ and they caught some flack in the coffee world recently for issuing legal cease and desist notices to various small companies making hand grinders which looked similar. How else should a hand grinder look…?
From memory, you may have luck with Timemore or 1Zpresso grinders, but you’ll need to make sure you pick a model that can grind fine enough for espresso.

I own the commandante c40 but use it for pour over. It's a great grinder and one I would recommend.

This will pair nicely with my $14 Aldi beans! :)

    • +1

You mean La Aldi - the perfect match for coffee lovers

      • +1

My check out girl at Aldi was Viv.
Feeling the urge to play some classical music now.

      • Nah, Di Aldi!

    • Is there some kind of Aldi beans shortage atm? Can’t find them anywhere last few weeks. Wanted to give them a try.

      • Yes - out of stock everywhere.

      • Shortage for over a month in SE Melbourne, but the producer says "No shortage" of product. Something NQR with Aldi coffee beans.

        • They said many local coffee shops will come and buy them all as soon as it on the shelf.

  • This is a good machine and good price but wrong audience.
Definitely for the ones looking to start a coffee business

    • Thank you !!!

    • Disagree.
      I've just bought 15.
      Thanks OP

    • Better off getting one of the hundreds of commercial coffee machines being sold online for 1k or so. Resale value on used 2+ group coffee machines sucks badly. I can just imagine all the people who paid thousands and thousands for their setup, and when their business failed realised no one wants their almost brand new machine for 20% of the new price (la marzocco being an exception).

      • La marzocco which is being sold here. Hence why I also said this was a good deal as la marzocco hold their value really well and are one of the better machines out there.
I own a semi pro one group head dual boiler which is 4.5k la marzocco use saturated head which is deemed superior to my e61 and is also deemed a better brand than my la Pavoni.
You may find a good deal second hand but this is definitely good price for brand new.
The neggers have no idea honestly
