The Samsung Galaxy S III is the sequel to one of the most popular Android smartphones of all time, and it has done much to live up to the legacy of its predecessor. Samsung has paired the Galaxy S III with its own 1.4Ghz quad-core Exynos processor, which is used to power up a 4.8-inch, 720p Super AMOLED display coated in Corning Gorilla Glass 2.
Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy S III features an 8MP autofocus rear camera promising simultaneous video and image recording, as well as a front-facing 1.9MP camera capable of recording 720p video.
Perhaps most impressive is the wide array of storage and connectivity options. The Galaxy S III is available with either 16, 32, or 64GB of built-in storage, which is augmented by a built-in microSD slot and a whopping 50GB of dropbox storage. Additionally, the Galaxy S III features NFC, TV Out via MHL and DLNA, Bluetooth 4.0, and a removable 2100 mAh battery.
All of these features, combined with the extra functions and features Samsung has added to Google's Android 4.0 operating system, promise to ensure that Samsung will again be crowned as kings of the Android smartphone world.
