Because until the Galaxy SIII has 4G, they have no reason to.
Each week is $10 to $20 cheaper. Will take one month to reach $500 outright delivered? Hopefully will go even lower when iPhone 5 is launched.

HK/China based eBay sellers can't (don't) match these prices.
on eBay they have to pay 7% eBay fees + 4% china paypal commission which would get them very close to Kogan's prices.
