  You get it free with the phone so why buy it on ebay and take the risk as you get full Australian warranty with the phone and Bluetooth.

    Because "free with the phone" implies you can't get the phone on it's own any cheaper elsewhere, which you can..
    If I can find the phone for $300 or less (which I can, from Australian sellers) and I can buy a BH-501 headset (which I have, from a local seller with a local warranty) for $30, then this is not a bargain..
