Just purchased from Big W. https://www.bigw.com.au/product/vodafone-oppo-a60-5g/p/52978
Also comes with $35 Vodafone prepaid credit.

The Oppo A60 5G, which I recently picked up as a secondary phone for work. Not as good as the sale that Woolies had last November, but still pretty good.
For my needs, which are basic - Outlook and Calendar - this phone fits the bill perfectly. And the best part? It's nearly $100 cheaper than the Motorola G55 I was considering!

Here are the specs:
MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor
6.67" HD+ IPS 120Hz screen
Dual cameras: 50MP main and 5MP selfie
Large 5100mAh battery with fast 45W SUPERVOOC wired charging
microSD card slot for expandable storage
NFC for contactless payments
3.5mm headphone jack for wired audio

If you're in the market for a reliable and affordable secondary phone, I'd give it a recommendation if you're looking for a great budget deal.

After googling, looks like after punching in a code, it can be unlocked to all mobile carriers. Haven't tried it yet so can't speak to that.

    • Yes, I would also like to hear more about the unlock code the OP refers to for this locked phone. Where does it come from? What does it cost?

lot of bad reviews. People reported very slow operation. 4GB RAM is useless

  • 4gb is very low to recommend. It's cheap but unbearable

    • True - should be good enough for just Emails, calendars and messages.

OPPO SUPERVOOC requires a proprietary charger and a proprietary cable, because unless the industry standard USB-C charging methods, it keeps the voltage at 5V and pushes the current up. So if you want quick charging you can't just plug into a standard charger, you've got to bring your OPPO/OnePlus/realme charger with you. Its a dumb idea that just offloads some of the electronics from the phone into a proprietary charger.

That said, its the fastest charging available, if you've got the right phone, cable and charger.
