I personally have used them a few times now and don't have any issues that wasn't solved. The recent purchase I done was for Iconic and it didn't track but I waited for 10 days to contact them as suggested. Took about 2 business days for them to reply back. I Included a screenshot of the order number and they approved the transaction plus the bonus $20 offer I had. They were pretty responsive.
I did the same thing, never again. We shouldn't have to keep on following up on our cashback like these…seem like a common issue.
Look I get you, but no cashback app/program will be perfect. The important thing is that the cs is responsive in solving these kind of problems.

I used the code that they advertised CHEDDAR20 on a full priced item at the time.
Tracking was fine for me this morning. The fact we can use their website now is pretty handy too (as I hate using app). I split my Myer purchase berween SB & Cheddar earlier and both already tracked.
Just wait until the balance is available for withdrawal, it will sit there passed the estimate available date..You watch.
Already withdrew a few times with no issue, including any of their bonuses :). Yeah, they had issue at the start but their support is quite helpful too.
Avoid Cheddar, their tracking is horrible, and you will have to keep on chasing them for a cashback balance to appear in your account.
