I just ordered one myself, great to hear I considered moisture sensors, but at the moment it'd probably just report very high moisture in VIC.
I ordered it as a christmas present for my Dad, but the Wi-Fi and smart features will also be great for me to mess around with and submit data to Wunderground.

Yes they are really good sensor, i have several of the water sensors and 2 of the WH31 temp/humidity sensors plus the weather station. All been really good.

It seems identical for the outdoor sensor, just a different internal unit but an extra internal sensor?
I picked one up from an earlier ozbargain deal - about 6 months ago. Great value compared to other weather stations. It does everything i need and more.
I can also recommend picking up some soil moisture sensors. I can read right now that soil moisture is 39% in one spot in my garden and 60% in another. If it ever stops raining here in NSW, they should help me to make efficient use of water.
