I had the exact same thought! Remember the watches with a built-in 'game'? The description would paint a picture of alien hordes attacking en masse or a flotilla of missiles raining down, but gameplay was simply a row of numbers marching from one side and the aim was to match them and press 'fire' to remove the the enemies coming towards you. Almost laughably simple by today's standards, but awe-inspiring high tech in 1983. :)

Was gonna say. The Casio calculator has always been $40. It's part of the "watch collector starter pack" alongside the Seiko SKX/ Seiko 5, Vostok and Orient/ Timex. Those prices are fixed as gold at this point.

The weakest part of these watches is the strap. It's like a rubbery material and after a couple years it breaks.
Would recommend getting one of these with the metal latch-like straps instead.

The title states "RRP $79.95" which is 'Recommended Retail Price', the Amazon seller is not claiming that they once sold it at this price.
The manufacturer of the item usually choses the RRP as a recommended maximum price point for resellers.

The title was misleading like I said and it was modified by a mod after I reported it.
God tier watch
I had a Casio CMD-40 12 years ago when I was a kid. It had an infrared universal remote in it. We operated the AC, TV, etc. in the class. Those were the days. :')
I have a few of these but I would recommend waiting for a good price on the Casio DBC32. The calculator keys are a little harder to use but it has a light which is much more useful imho.
