My stuff arrived fairly quick. Guess it just depends on the stuff you buy. (I bought brake pads, oil filter, fuel filter) arrived within a week.
Same, I had an order of $200 sit for 2 weeks due to a $6 part. I could of got that part local for $8. They finally got around to sending everything else first.
They only have 581,745 items for sale, I wanted to buy a sarcasm detector "0 matches"
Don’t purchase anything from them.! No Customcare at all.! No EBay or for direct website.! Got stuck with parts no longer needed.! Pay little bit more and get it from local part shop.!
Australian consumer law doesn't cover change of mind.
I actually had a reasonably ok experience with a return….
I asked nicely, and they were happy to accept a return (of a ~$60 part).
I just had to send it back to Melbourne, and they refunded me after a few days.However, the initial delivery was a different story.
After nearly two weeks since I placed an order, I had to chase them to get it dispatched !
Don't buy from them, extremely poor service, no communications and never dispatch the item even it's still showing in stock.
I had no issue with them. Recently I had 1 item out of 5 shipped but not received. So they refunded me straight away as it was already out of their delivery timeframe.
Personally bought many things from here, great prices, and fast shipping.

One time I did, and they said it will take a while. It took a while. Not sure what else they should do?
Bought discs, pads, wipers, air filters, oil filters, engine oil, transmission oil, diff oil, caliper paint, degreaser. The front discs were rare, and took 4 weeks, everything else came within a week. I was told it would take a while when I ordered it.

As long as you don't need it anytime soon. Bought one recently from them, took a month to deliver. Zero communication.
Echoing the poor communication and lack of fulfilment from Sparesbox. Have had more than one experience of items listed on their site as in stock (not sure about ebay but I'm assuming the same) that is not actually in stock, so all of the timings for fulfilment they suggest are inaccurate, and then no communication until you request refund.
Check out onlineautoparts as a reasonable alternative, also on ebay.
Had no issues ultimately with orders or fulfillment as such, and some unrivaled pricing on most products, but agree with others that the dispatch/shipping times are generally woeful.
With that said, I’m sure their anticipated delivery times on the eBay listings are fairly accurate of expected delivery dates?
Order typically dispatched within 1-2 days is a joke. Took 14 days for my last order to be sent. No communication from them whatsoever.
Mine usually gets sent within the week.
What i dont like is that they price jacked a couple items i was eying off before the discount.
i ordered a meguiar's headlight restoration kit from them one bloody month ago and some oil filters. took them a few days to tell me the oil filters were out of stock but their listing is still up as of today. i was given a tracking number on 18/10, told it was shipped on 20/10. tracking number still doesn't show up on aus posts's end.

Have also been stung by their lack of stock for an item listed as ‘in stock’. Item was on sale and I wasn’t in a rush, so waited the 2 months backorder for it to arrive. On the plus side, they shipped me 2 Meguiars Gold Class car wash bottles when I only ordered 1.
Be aware they are mostly a drop shipper at this point.
They will tell you it's in stock and then cancel the order when it never gets sent.Very bad service from these mobs

Those that weren't fulfilled however were cancelled after maybe about a weeks wait and without any discussion which isn't so good.It's surprising how haphazard their service can be. They are owned by GPC which is also Repco's parent company, and Repco are much more accurate with their stock notifications. SB's website doesn't show a lot of items as OOS unless you try to add them to cart.
I know they have pretty good price on most of the items but it really takes a long time to dispatch. I recently completed an order and a week passed without any dispatch notification. No phone number and no longer have live chat on their own website. Took 4 days to reply my ebay message and all Items I bought are "In Stock". Seriously lack of services. I will only buy from you guys for something I am not in a hurry until you guys can improve your customer service.
Great price when things are on sale but with absolutely ZERO aftersale service
