This’ll rust really nicely in the corner of a patio or garage somewhere.

    • +5

Looks like i need this for my rust collection to go with my rowing machine and treadmill 😁

  • What’s the err, quality, like?

    • +1

      Walter's review:

While not commercial quality this product is good value for a home gym and has the necessary workstations. The bench is a little flimsy so I guess if you are over 80 or 90 kg it would be touch and go whether it might suit. No complaints for my purpose.

      • +4

Thanks. The spec says weight limit is 100kg, I’m assuming that’s both user + weight while benching?

      • What is it weight rated for for max weight on the J hooks/bench?

    • +1

Plenty of reviews suggest its good value, and that was most likely based on close to 200 bucks. This is a bargain if you have the indoor space or covered outdoor space without direct sun. Probably not good if you have 80kg plus bench or squat

      • Those reviews were not based on a $200 purchase price - it was $59 about a month ago during the previous Kogan sale. $59 is ok value as long as you don't rely on the bench.

    • Also I guess this is cheaper than a typical 1 month gym membership fee so seems like legitimate good value. I'd buy if I didn't already have a home gym set and treadmill that's gathering dust from my younger days lol

  • Good if you can lift your own weight

  • Delivery $53

Hmmm, good deal if your delivery costs arent that high

    $36 delivery to southern RADelaide

…….. because there are plenty of $100 Power Towers available in stores to pick up……

  • These products are what Facebook marketplace was invented for. There's currently a free pull up station in Wilberforce that you can get for free.

Not sure why you got neg.
      Have you used this?
Looking to up my pull up game, in an ideal world I'd get a proper station but space is an issue so your option looks a lot more attractive.

      • got neg because of the cost?
        $199.00 AUD
and you cannot use it in a standing position.

        Full size one is $329
        https://baseblocks.com.au/pages/the-big-bar

        • I guess I was asking about the bar type rather than the price.
Saying that I’d be happy to pay a bit extra for something sturdy that can do one thing really well than a jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none, but that’s another discussion.
Anyone used both types and can chime in would be great.

      • +1

I'm buying the pro. I like the space saving aspect. Yes, unfortunately we can't do full standing position. But L pull up is even more challenging. Another thing is that I can use it in rumpus or living room and hide it when wife comes home :)

  • I used the version of this without the bench during lockdown, got my first pull up on it. It's not super stable, wobbles a lot but hasn't failed me yet.

    • Do you reckon it would be stable enough for an 80kg user?

      • +3

I was over 100kg when I started, now pulling 82kg with a 24kg kettlebell, you'll be more than ok.

        • Thanks, this is the info I need. Bought.

        • +3

Wow u pull up with 24kg kettle bell? Salute!

  • 60 item 63 shipping.

    • +2

Who would have guessed that shipping 25kg of steel via courier might be costly.

      • Still a bargain tho. Used racks in Cairns are so expensive. Even if I get a good one, Id have to pay a 100$ for local delivery guys to pickup and drop.
