@CVonC: I think phones can't be 'returned' - but logistically that's how I think should be done to get the difference applied. Hell, I am happy to buy something else instead of refunding if they are willing to.
@CVonC: When you buy they ask you to sign statement that the phone can't be returned unless faulty.
There's a checklist the staff goes through with you like the phone is sealed, etc.
