i havent had a problem but if you go to r/watches you'll find they're really shit tier post sales support… and this is from americans, they're in Brooklyn NYC
they effectively have little warranty and they have no prroblems screwing over people if your watch is faulty
so for me, that's it, the discount isnt worth the worry… and ths is from someone who's literally spent $x,xxx with them
