genuinely good product. food processors like these especially cheap ones break easily - when i bought this from myer it came with 2 year warranty and seems to be good quality so far.

    • How do you find this useful? Wondering if I need one.

if you're making meatballs and want to conveniently blend up herbs, spices, carrots and veggies so then you can add to your mix.

        Making pesto for me.

        • 450g of cherry tomatos
        • 50g or roasted almonds
        • clove of garlic
        • 50ml of olive oil
        • 1/4 tspn of ground pepper
        • 5 tbl spn of pecorino or parmesan cheese
        • 1/2 tspn of salt
        • 6g of fresh basil

Mix that all together and you have a delicious tomato based pesto.

Cook up some nice pork sausages of your choice, on medium heat on a frying pan (i like to actually take the sausage meat out of the casing and cook it like a good flavoured mince). Put in 100ml of white white and let it reduce a bit the throw in a bunch of brocollini, and mushrooms.

Boil up a pasta of your choice (Gnocchi, Rigatoni or cavatelli are my personal faves). Make the water salty as the sea.

When the pasta is almost ready throw that into the pan with the pesto and a cup of the pasta water. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes in the pan.
