    hahah i went to one of these about 2 months back - rick hart must be sending them to all companies.

    it was hardly cost price + 5%. more like RRP minus 5%, as I was only able to get $150 off a $2.8k fridge and $120 off a $2.5k dishwasher

    needless to say, i took my business elsewhere, as you can get prices lower than that with a bit of face to face bargaining

    Agree with jobler these are the biggest scam.
    More like RRP -5%.
    I love how they disappear into the office to "work out a price".
    This sort of false advertising (specifically by Rick Hart) should be reported.
    Surely it's not too hard to have a spreadsheet with all the "cost price" plus 5% on all stock … not whatever the salespersons comes up with in their head.
