    Literally the worst durum pasta i have ever had in my entire life, on par with Zafarelli. If it was 9 cents, it would still not be worth it.

        From memory (last time I had it it was years ago) mainly for the consistency, (becomes overcooked extremely easily) and for the nearly non-existent amount of starch it contains. It was almost like eating gluten free pasta.. yuck
        Eating this or some Italian brand such as la Molisana for example, which is bronze-cut, is two completely different dishes. Among the Aussie brands woolies brand is alright, however durum pasta is one of those things that personally I'd rather spend a few bucks extra and get the good bronze-cut made-in-Italy brand (generally all very good, the worst being Barilla).
