½ Price Byron Bay Cookies 100g $1.50 @ Coles

730

Not on the catalogue this week but found it last night. There were only 2-3 bags left at my local Coles.

Unfortunately their varieties are more limited compared to Woolies:

  • Byron Bay Cookie Milk Choc Chunk Bites Pouch
  • Byron Bay Cookie Triple Choc Bites Pouch
  • Byron Bay Dotty Cookies Bites Pouch
  • Byron Bay Cookie Rocky Road Bites Pouch

Definitely not everyone loves them but if you do, it's great time to stock up.

I'd like to say 'great' - but am I alone in thinking that most of the options are a bit 'meh'?

Go to your OzB settings, view, Stores, and remove your association. You probably ticked it by accident when making/editing a comment.

hahahha, you're byron bae boy now….

    • I don't mind the milk/triple choc but yeah wish they stock the macadamia shortbread like Woolies

It is not great at all. I once bought it once its 1/2 price, had a taste and then chuck it in the bin.

Let alone its just typical junk/unhealthy snack.

I'm surprised this makes to it own post.

  • Gluten free included?

    • Unfortunately Coles doesn't stock them unlike Woolies

Cool, any deals on the 100g Nimbin Cookies?

I'm literally in a blood clinic right now wishing they still had these.

    No Coles nearby either 😔

    • Yeah, I used to eat these when I was donating blood. I find the new pies a touch “meh” as well.

      • As long as they keep the nippys I will always return.
Best choccy milk money can buy

    • The people not “working” from home are figuratively in a blood clinic right now

    • I was at the mobile blood bank on Monday in Hornsby and I got one!!!

  • The Rocky Road flavour is sub-par, wouldn't recommend

    • Which flavor do you recommend? I can buy all of those, but dont want to end up adding all those calories.

      • My favourites are the Milk Choc Chunk. I haven't tried the Dotty Cookies but I can see them also being nice. Triple Choc was a bit bland like the Rocky Road in my opinion

        • Cool, will try those. Thanks!

        The macadamia shortbread at Woolies

        • Thanks :)

The Dotty cookies are pretty great. Although, I do recall a year or two ago them tasting better. It's almost like they changed the recipe. Still good with a coffee though. The other flavours they produce are a bit meh for me.

    • Agreed, I like to have few of them with my morning coffee/tea

  • Tried to add it online to order but looks like my locals are sold out ahhhhhh

    • Depending where you live, you're lucky if you can still find them in-store

I've only ever eaten these on a few flights years ago and was thoroughly unimpressed with them.. does anyone buy them?

  • +3

Better off buying ones baked in store at wither Coles or Woolworths.

These things are bad… too sugary, and very artificial. Detrimental to one's taste buds.

    These are delicious btw

    nice cookie

These are so average, just normal mass-produced quality.
Not the gourmet biscuits they try and make out to be. They use low quality chocolate too.
