Thanks Mum. I won't ruin my dinner.
Unfortunately, the white choc macadamia aka the best variant is not showing up in your link ..
Look again…
First itemNope, just showing the regular choc, dottie, and 3 of the gluten free ones
@djprima: Odd, shows 6 here on desktop and mobile
@djprima: Shows for me also in NSW.
@djprima: Check your store location you have set.
@bluebear_74: I must be blind, I can't see any store location settings anywhere. I'm not logged in either
Cleared cache for Woolworths and it's still not showing
@djprima: Woolies website seems to show you stuff which is available at your set store only. Can't remember where to change the set store though
@djprima: For me on the very right of the screen there's an expandable window. I think it goes by store you set to pick up deliveries.
@bluebear_74: Yes I could see the store pickup location. Initially I have nothing there, as I block the site from accessing my location. Then I set to allow just to satisfy my curiosity. Nope, I still could only see 5 items
Looks like woolies doesn't like me posting this deal and prevent me to buy
@spackbace: That link works, I have updated the post
I've blocked the site when trying to access my location, also tried to allow it as well and it still doesnt show, weird eh. And I have plenty of stocks at my local, just bought again some
Whats the best way to get your hands on them? Everyone I go in store they are GONE!!!!!
Go tonight, stash them behind the toilet paper
Pro tip
Worked for George Costanza..
Raincheck. That’s what I did with the half price Nong Shim last week.
Every time*
First tried these when I went to Canberra art gallery about 5 years ago, in the members lounge they gave these out for free along with Nespresso coffee. Absolutely puts NSW Art Gallery member lounge to shame. The macadmia ones are really nice.
Canberra has the best lounge. Can almost eat an entire lunch of free cookies.
I too judge art galleries by the cookies I get with my soy latte
Lol. Seriously though, the NSW art gallery members lounge is pathetic. Dishwater coffee and not a free biscuit in sight. Years ago they used to offer free soup but that's long gone. Obviously they want people to go to their overpriced cafe. Still when you pay for an annual membership, and for a premier art gallery in a world city, you expect better. Canberra is incredible in comparison. Very comfy little lounge with a nice view, free biscuits, free nespresso and I even got a free hard cover book. That's how a members lounge should be IMO.
Well, avoid Adelaide then. It's a broom closet with tea and coffee that resembles a 3 star hotel. Total embarrassment.
$1.25, nice, saw these the other day and was remembering when they were $1.25 and had not been this price for a very long time. Although they are still pretty good at $2.
Overrated
But from tomorrow on not overpriced.
is it Down-down price now?
What's a better supermarket biscuit?
Monte Carlo, Volvos, Lemon Crisp :P
Double Coated TimTams
these are choice
noooice ?
Used to work down the street from their cookie cooking warehouse - the smell of freshly baked cookies wafting into the store all day - it was torture.
These taste great
Not made in Byron Bay tho
Pretty sure they still are
ur actually right and I'm sorry.
I thought it was like this stuff https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/965355/byr…They almost sold to buyers that were planning on leaving but it didn't happen or something.
Where did this nonsense come from?
Yes they are made in Byron Bay.
Or are you are referring to the Coles Byron Bay Cookie? Which is not made in Byron Bay.
yeah nah sorry see above.
This is where the nonsense originated https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/965355/byr…
Not available in any stores within 100km of me :(
If I were you I will consider moving house…
I'm holding out for the donuts.
sigh… compound chocolate… what a shame.
It's a $1.25..! sigh…
loacker tortina is the best supermarket biscuit IMO
Yes these are my fave as well.
So apart from the white chocolate and macadamia, what would be the next best thing to get?
I bought a pack of Dotty Cookies and was pleasantly surprised.
My purchase would be:
5 x White Choc + Macadamia
2 x DottyI found the Milk Chocolate chip cookies a bit plain.
If they use butter rather than veg oil. I would buy it
Good news. They use butter.
Waiting for a deal on Nimbin cookies.
Just cross the road there
they aren't motivated enough to move.
Did someone say cookies? Cooookies. Om nom nom
Might upset some people but also find this product overrated. Good price but will settle for lemon crisp or scotch fingers.
Overrated +1
I am not a sweet tooth though so I dislike anything on the sweet side.
Would not buy this at full price. I will buy this at half price if someone in the house will be craving for it.
Overated +2
Macadamia were all gone, only milk chocolate left (and there was heaps left) Pretty ordinary taste and texture… Fair to say there were a heap of these left for a reason. In this situation, put your $$ towards Timtams on special at Coles.
@ half price is worth it
Half price? But it's branded "Byron Bay", shouldn't that mean they can charge what they like and the trendies will still buy it??
Grabbed a few packets, heaps of stock at my local. Plenty more on an endcap at the front near the service counter.
Thanks for letting us know.
Just a quick mention that 7-11 also have these at the same price during non discount- $2.50, wonder how that works.
It means either the standard price at Woolies is higher than what it should be OR 7-11 is compromising on some good margin on it at $2.50.
Just bought last packet of the Milk Choc and had one, these are Crumbly and dry-ish type.. but softish texture. It's very fragrant for me btw, good.
My preference are chewier type of cookies.I wouldn't buy it full price but this $1.25/100G unit price is worth a decent snack.
I wish they were crispy and crunchy instead of chewy/ slight soggy. Is any of their variants crispy? White choc and Macadamia is def not.
I too was a little disappointed. I enjoy chunky biscuits. It's not heaps soft like the woolies dreamy choc chip biscuits but soft enough for me not to enjoy it as much as I do chunky biccies. I could smell the butter which was good.
Had no idea these were popular. 200g tins and 300g boxes were 75% off at Target after Xmas through until around the start of Feb.
I bought a few for gifts but have never tried them.
Careful how much you eat
