Bought 2 days ago, got tax invoice immediately, but no tickets.
Bought today, same again, tax invoice, but still no tickets for first ones, or the ones ordered today.
Yeah same situation, a person above wrote they received theirs more than 60+ hours later.
Have to wait it out, 100% staff are overwhelmed with orders.
I am getting unexpected errors too. Continuous spinning.

Still waiting for tickets that I've order Monday night, also ordered more Tuesday and tonight.
If the tax invoice number is anything to go by and it increments per order they receive, then between mon and tues, they got an extra 116k order. Between tues and tonight, there's 160k new order. I guess I will be waiting awhile for my tickets.
Suggestion Only: To save this thread growing really long, perhaps hold off on the "still waiting for voucher/ticket" comments as we are all in the same boat and looks like we will be waiting a while!
hi, anyone having trouble receiving the email tickets?
I received a confirmation email and reference number, but the 2nd email has not arrived and it is now well over 48hrs.
I know there is mentio service NSW voucher/app maybe down, but I ordered entering the codes.
Anyone having issues or how to best resolve this?

Anyone able to USE these tickets at all? I tried to put in the voucher code and pin through hoyts.com.au but never works. The code always shows red cross but pin with green tick and wont let me proceed!
Go to cinema and use them at self serve kiosk or at the desk, you avoid booking fee that way. You can book in advance too.

never used the kiosk… is it the same booking procedure as online? as in selecting seats too?
Yes, same procedure and you can select seats. If the voucher doesn't scan there, you can go to the desk and the staff will process manually.
You have to enter it while picking the seats not during payment.

You can still redeem in cinema at the boxoffice or book online. As in, for an actual ticket, not for a Hoyts voucher. But the ticket can be for any future session that is on sale, not just today.
Search OzBargain. Sydney Eye and other Merlin properties, klook.com.au. Event cinemas and other cinemas let you book specific sessions in advance if you can't do something today. You could also book a go cart at EQ Moore Park. Potentially anything bookable in advance which potentially could have its date changed if the vendor agrees unless the Government has changed that as well.

Why did they end it early? It seemed they were raking it in in terms of orders (100k+ per day last few days x$25 is not a bad way to ensure 1company gets all the gov assistance 😆)

I am quite sure I saw the same terms last year or eearlier this year when I checked after the previous deal got pulled so its not a new term.

That's a bit crappy, wonder why the NSW government won't let it be redeemed for cinema vouchers, and on the last day as well, like what difference does it make now.

Save yourself the booking fee and go and use them at the cinema

Can you redeem the 2 standard tickets for a lux ticket when booking?
Nope by the looks of it:
This voucher cannot be:
- redeemed and/or upgraded to HOYTS LUX, HOYTS Daybed, special or group event sessions
Trying to redeem 2 of my multi vouchers (4 ppl) and they must have stuffed something up with 1 of them :( The vouchers clearly say redeem 2 tickets but the booking system allocates only 3 seats when I enter the details. Really hate the Hoyts website. Considering they charge a booking fee as well the user experience is terrible…
Can you take the e-voucher and redeem the tickets at the cinema or do you have to redeem it online?
Redeemed at cinema and saved booking fee. All worked fine so the website was having trouble with one of the vouchers. Not doing it online means the seats are quite average (second row 😒)
It's supposed to work online or in cinema… But one of my vouchers was just dodgy maybe??

For anyone who has not yet used their vouchers online, vouchers have to be entered multiple times for the two seats offer to apply. ie enter voucher's details twice so that you can book both of the seats allocated to that voucher.
That's a great find. But the user experience for that is so stupid it seems might have been conceived by the LNP marketing department :(

It was either the 27 or 28/6 order I have not got a voucher for. I only received one confirmation email as well. Hoyts are impossible to contact.
