So you need one account to be a cinebuzz member and another to purchase from their gift shop.
    Stuff that !
Two logins for one transaction. Why cant Aussie businesses get it right ?
Was interested in these vouchers, but will just wing it when I want to go out … Optus/Telstra have discounted tickets

    • It’s dumb, but I used the same details for both logins

It’s a free membership… you will find purchasing tickets via Telstra (which now is at least $15 as they no longer waive the booking fee) also requires 2 logins (Telstra and Cinebuzz).

Very minor thing to gripe about imho.

  • Thanks OP, grabbed some, surprised they didn’t try and charge me a booking fee as well haha

    • Likely will when trying to redeem them ;) can be used over the counter however.

  • How much is VMAX surcharge?

  • Anyone know if Hoyts doing this as well? Cheapest I can find is Shopback for $15.95

Uber one has them for $12.50 every day

  • The question should have been: Anything decent at the cinema worth sitting through.

    • We saw Better Man for free with a promotix offer. Its really good. Id pay $12.50 for it

Seems like a good deal - I can't see any restrictions for sessions on Friday & Saturday evenings. Thanks OP!

    • My vouchers have no restrictions on days except the expiry, it’s a great deal

The $1.70 per bleeting ticket online booking fee gets my goat every time.

  • No IMAX?

  • paid money, never got the email from them
submitted a ticket, never got a email from them
no contact numbers, great service, thanks OP!

    • You’re welcome!

Check your spam? I’m sure they will get back to you as long you didn’t also mistype your email on the ticket.

      • nope, they don't even respond to the ticket I've logged, have to now contact my bank, F these guys, don't even have a contact number.

        • You will find most banks require you give the merchant a reasonable chance to respond to issues.

          3hours isn’t it… but good luck.

For what it’s worth I made 4 seperate transactions to use up balances on TCN gift cards without issue.

    • If you login to the shop, your tickets should be there. I can click on my name, and the previous orders. If not there, then yep, you have a glitch.
