Just to let others know, I bought a suit just a while ago but accidentally used the "TMS12" voucher ($20 off) instead of the "ASKMENA" code ($50 off). Emailed the customer service team to explain the mistake and within 5 minutes they emailed back saying they would refund the $30 difference! I tell you what guys, that is fantastic service - wish I could +1 them again after that!

Does the charcoal suit not come in size 88, short or is it that just out of stock? I can only see size 88, regular.
Also, Slim fit is tighter than Euro fit? - with the size 37, for slim fit the sleeve length is 87cm but for euro fit the sleeve length is 82cm. Is it possible to get a slim fit with a short sleeve length?

Yes, the charcoal suit comes in 88 short, but there are only a few left!
Our Van Heusen Slim Fit shirts have an 82cm sleeve.

Looking at the returns policy section of the website, more specifically the returns form, it seems to suggest that you just call a number of a pick-up company to arrange a time to pick up the box. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm the same waist, but a lot taller. I was going to go with 100 suit size (88 waist) just for extra leeway but not 100% certain.

The suit sizes seem a bit odd. I usually get a 36" jacket / 30" trouser. I went with a size 88, will I be okay or should I have gone up a size?

36' jacket = 92 / 30' trouser = 76
The size 88 comes with size 76 trousers, so you might find that the jacket is a bit tight.
Not to worry, if you do need to exchange sizes, it's free.

Rep, how do we actually measure our collar? Does it have to be exact length or we need to give it an extra length (extra space - so we can breath). Can we just measure the collar from our existing shirt by measuring the length from button to its hole? Thanks

You're right, collar size is the measurement from the button to middle of the button hole. The best way is by taking the measurement around the base of your neck, including one finger for breathing room.

The smallest jacket size we have with a trouser size of 80, is a 92. The 92/80 only comes in the regular length.
