Hey Rep, a quick question. I'm about to buy a number of shirts (40-5 of them) but I'm just concerned about how will they fit me. If i unpack them and try them on but am not happy with them, can i return them for a replacement or a refund. I obviously will leave the tags attached but do i have to fold them and pack them into their original packaging like they were when i received them?

Yes, you can try them on. As long as you send back all the tags and packaging, that's fine!
We don't expect you to be able to fold them perfectly the way the come, but do ask for them to be folded nicely and sent back in their bags.

I'd say you'd be a 112/100 Reg, but to be sure you should measure the inside of your leg.

I think most people are going to need larger size pants. It's unusual for someone to want a big jacket and small pair of pants.
Probably depends on your age. In my younger days, I wanted smaller pants for my suites. Unfortuantely now, I need larger ones :(
yeah, all sorts of factors.. but as a 96 chest, I'd figure i'll fit in 32", more so than 34s, and some I still fit in 30s… all depending on cut and style…
still i thought it would be a cool idea :)
Practically all bundle suits (jacket + pants) with a fixed size will use a 6 inch drop. So a 96 (38") will have 32" pants.
Brands that let you mix and match will let you choose other combinations, but a lot of people choose that size anyway because it is usually correct (waist to shoulder size difference).

Even though im off to Hong Kong (and Macau) next Sunday and will get a few more tailored suits made up, i wasnt able to pass up this offer.
The customer service is very much the main reason. I trust themenshop and if they say its a quality suit, i have nothing but faith in them. They were so very helping when i had to exchange some shirts even though it was getting VERY close to being outside the 30 day period.
They have got their business model worked out so very well. They say "it is 8 times cheaper to retain an existing customer then to attracted a new one with marketing" and here i am; a returning customer =)
With the lighter charcoal colour suit the first 3 photos look much lighter than the last two. Does any one know which is closer to the actual colour of this suit? Thanks.
That's because the fit and quality is not dependent on the seller?
I'm pretty sure the fit and quality of brand A is the same at seller A, B or C but how they're packed and shipped will differ.
Quality is determined by brand
Fit is determined by your size, the cut and style.
I don't think any of that is affected by the seller…
For me it didn't matter if it fits or not, because of their excellent returns policy.
Turns out all 5 of my shirts fit me perfectly, so I am happy, but if they didn't, then it's just a phonecall to Toll to come and pick them up and return them free of charge for a full refund…you can't lose ;)

Sorry to be negative but I am disappointed with them, purchased a suit and 4 shirts to match in good faith, even rang in to confirm sizing suit availability with everything being fine when this sale started.
Only to be told first one of the shirts was out of stock so I changed, and then phone call this morning saying suit was not available?!?
