    Econnex website says I do not have NBN at my address but I do (using NBN as we speak) and the MORE website agrees.

    Any suggestions?

  • @Manyo I signed up today using this link and gave my CBA debit card details. I rarely use that card so I had put lock for online transactions which I didn’t remember, so the payment attempt by More got rejected. I have now removed the debit card lock for online payments. What happens now? Will More attempt again for payment deduction?

  • @Manyo I signed up last week but the connection is not activated/or not started using. When I follow the link their find an option "if already have a More telecom Account enter your account number" what's that mean. would it be there any chance to grab this offer. I haven't activated more Telecom from my side, still using the old service provider.

      • Hi. Thanks for the reply. I registered with more nbn through econnex and gave a start date of 01 July 2022. My belong nbn finishes on 30 June as I already put in a request to cancel my subscription on that date. Have now recieved a sms from more nbn not to cancel my previous nbn as it will severely delay the order. Any idea if there may be an issue in getting more nbn started on 1st July if my previous belong nbn connection is disconnected on 30 June.?

          You may not have internet for a day or two as your service won't promptly be switched over to your new RSP (More) using remote activation.

  • I signed up yesterday, but apart from the initial welcome emails, nothing has happened. How long does it take to transfer? The last time I switched, it was pretty much instantaneous.

    " We have received your NBN order for NBN Tranfer. Please ensure you DO NOT cancel your current service with your old provider as this will severely delay your order. Thanks."

    WTF I am pretty sure after indicating I was not moving address
    I simply applied for a connection to my given address
    NOT a Transfer between providers!

    I assumed that they would get NBN to connect the new service on one of the 3 other UNI-D available channels on my NTD

    Maybe New Subscribers take this as a warning not to cancel your current provider if seeking a More Telecom service
