I missed that one, do you remember whereabouts?

There were a few good ones
Thankyou!, 3060Tis are out of stock at a lot of places again, might have to settle for a 3060 which seem ok for now, just waiting for a good price on a good brand!
@catchmeifyoucan: The Ti seems to be in the sweet spot this generation for the best long term value, so if you're not in a huge rush it could be worth trying for it.
ZOTAC is bad, bad fun design, easy to wear out
Not sure where you're getting this from, zotac makes great small form factor designs. I've run 4 zotac cards since the GTX 260 days including the 3070 twin edge for the past year without a hitch.
from reports from miners, for average use, this card should be fine,
Zotac has been on the 'no fly list' of enthusiasts for…ever.
Its not down to market penetration/brand awareness/acceptance.
They have a history of producing bad products.
Gigabyte is about as low down on food chain that people should accept.yeps also they publically endorsed mining, and sell a bunch of them while GPU shortage, not good reputation overall
I've been following PC hardware for a long time, I can't remember hearing this sentiment, are there any especially bad examples from ZOTAC that you can point to?
@conza: Their primary market is china for good reason.
Generally at the bottom of perfrmance metrics (which generally derive from inadequate cooling) including things like fan whine.
They dont make products worthy of the aussie climate.
You probably don't know Zotac is owned by PC Partners, and obviously you don't know what PC Partner's making. My Zotac 3070 runs cool and reliably.
But it is fun.
Don't know much about them but I'd prefer MSI.
Btw are these LHR cards as good as the previous RTX cards (I've got a MSI 2060 super Ventus GP 8G OC, ad aware you can't really get non-LHR anymore).
Wondering what the logical upgrade be when the time comes, perhaps before eofy and still get a good price for this card. Maybe a 3070ti?
There's been heaps at $700. This isn't a bargain
I don’t think I’ve seen the 3060ti this cheap in quite a while.
I have, and if you search 3060 Ti or go to the 3060 Ti tag, you'll find many deals over the past month that were cheaper than this. Granted, I don't think any of these are in stock/active at the moment, however, that does not make this a good deal (especially considering the brand which, whether you like it or not, is not the best). Maybe an okay deal if you need one right now.
edit:
Besides, it is cheaper delivered on their eBay store anyway. Use discount code: TOP5IT. Even cheaper with discounted gift cards. Can you read, mate? Have a look at the neg guidelines. Not only did I justify my neg by saying that this is not that good of a deal, considering the context of the last few deals, I also provided a link to somewhere you can get it cheaper right now. Instead of putting energy towards being snarky, have a go at learning some reading comprehension.
Even if it isn't the cheapest the 3060ti has been I think this is a fair deal / fair value for the performance.
Now start to see more 3060Ti deals which is good!

Most of those deals are from the past 6 weeks. It has been 1 year 4 months since the $631 deal. Technology doesn't appreciate.
Fair enough, the first three i clicked were 1y and 3 or 4 months.
It's more about everyone complaining about it not being a deal, but it may be the cheapest right at the minute
@G-rig: This isn't a deal though just a bad shelf price. It's Zotac not a strix
Scorptec currently have a FTW3 for only $40 more. Far better value. Half the models currently available are better value than this. You can get more reputable models with better vrm's for $20-$40 more.
@Jimmy77: Yes, I'm not a fan ofv the brand. Some people just want the cheapest though.
May be ab deal but not a good one.@Jimmy77: off topic, but what would you get if size was a consideration?
this zotac is far smaller (shorter) than either FTW3 or Strix.
There's literally a 10cm difference between this and Strix.
I'm assuming the Zotac outcools the single fan mini-ITX Asus/GB cards.@jkim: Yeh it does. I really rate this form factor, the same cooler is on my 3070 and it does a really good job in my itx system.
