A word of thanks
We started this family business 3 years ago as my snoring was causing issues in our 35+ year relationship. I was sleeping over 50% of the time in the spare room which was not what we wanted

My suggestion is to get the strong ones, but probably depends on the size of your nose. Even better, if you're overweight, losing weight will most likely lead to far less snoring.
