Was looking for a sound bar for my new tv, saw JBHIFI has this sound bar on special plus extra 5% off. Looks like the best cheapest sound bar compare to Kmart, Big W etc. I have also checked eBay 17% off, could not find a sound bar at this price with a separate subwoofer.

  Reviews indicate subwoofer dropouts and noise when using the speakers at low volume. Also a loud built-in announcer, loudly acknowledges commands loudly with no way to turn it off.

  The above comment is absolutely true. The Subwoofer not only dropsout it also gave an annoying buzzing noise. Waste of money. I bought it from JB HiFi two years ago.

      Samsung entry level soundbar are pretty good but obviously cost more

  Aldi currently have a sound bar with 2.1 ch for $129 with built in subwoofer. May be cheaper if the speaker goes to clearance if the remaining stock wasn't sold for more than a month. I was planning to wait for that one. Is the Aldi one better?

  Purchased this at the last deal, waste of money in my opinion. Can't keep a steady volume. Replaced after a week

  I bought and returned one. Got a used Sony soundbar from gumtree for $100 that was infinitely better. This one did some weird processing to my audio, sounded worse than tv speakers and the sub barely worked
