It seems they didn't update their heading in "My eBay Summary" accordingly. Tested with some items and it seems $5 items don't work, needs to be $15+. Updated description above

    Yea it says $5 in the my summary Page, but actually it wont discount until order is at least $15.

    It is misleading that on the main eBay summary page they say amount over $5.01, but in terms and conditions it says $15

        You sure you're seeing the right code and not a different one?
        I had the code when this was posted and it has disappeared from summary. It does not appear at checkout but I do a different $5 one that I had before.

      I did sign up again (for $40 voucher + $30 gift card) - you do have to commit to buy $40+ within 30 days, so might not be for everybody.

    Someone at eBay was a little premature in applying the code before the previous one expired.

    It looks like ebay plus members now get 2 $5 discounts monthly. This one and the $5 off $50 spend.
