      If the mobile numbers are eligible, additional data will be applied within 24 hours and free calls for Pre-Paid services. This is for use within 28 days within Australia. Notification of this change will be sent by SMS.

    Optus offered something similar (25GB for 28 days on prepaid) March 24th. No forms or anything, they just applied it.

  • Belong never seems to be in line with Telstra. Its always late to the party or not at the party even.

        Yes but Belong is Telstra owned so should share same values etc. I'm just saying they should be in sync.

        • Oh ok if that's how it should work you should write a letter to them and explain, maybe they are unaware.

        • Not necessarily. Many companies trade under different brands and those other brands may target different segments of the market.
          For example, Qantas owns Jetstar, but Jetstar is for a different type of customer and the service levels don't match that of a full-service airline.
          Banks are another good example, many of them own other brands of banking which have a digital-only experience (app only with no web access and no branches for a younger crowd).
          Just because a company has multiple brands it trades under, doesn't mean all the other brands need to align with them, in fact, apart from the ownership, many of the subsidiary brands have their own CEO and are run fully independent from the other brands, this is quite common.

  • Given the 28 day expiry on the extra data, for those on Boost 12 month plans, I wonder if the extra data is used before your standard data?

      On the Boost app, it’s showing the bonus data first and the $300 prepaid after. I would assume it’s using the bonus data first

    Still waiting on Boost prepaid to come through it has been nearly 24 hours… anyone else not get the bonus with Boost?

      Nothing here, and I am within one of the postcodes on the site

    • My postcode wasn't listed but I applied Monday evening and received x3 sms at 3 am this morning stating I received extra data, minutes and text.

      In my boost app it shows the data is for use within 28 days but doesn't show my original data. No other extras show because it's already unlimited.. which shows the original expiry date

    • Came through overnight, so was just over 24 hours but I did receive it

    • On Boost, took about 24 hours to come thru, I got three txts from Telstra (bonuses: text, data, minutes). In the MyBoostMobile app (I'm on the new app), on Balance page, select Pre-Paid, select See all active recharges and then scroll down, it'll show "Campaign Bonus 25GB Data". Switched from wifi to LTE, did a speedtest and the data was debited from my bonus 25GB.

  • It just came on my Boost prepaid, but I had 150gb before that. Now it seems to be reset to 25GB! Don't tell me it erased mt existing Boost data?

      From the My Boost Mobile app, click on the Pre-Paid > See all active recharges

      I'm on the $300 Boost prepaid and I can see the bonus 25GB "Campaign Bonus 25GB Data" and my original used 300GB data "$300 Recharge"
