Lowest price so far for Samsun QN85a (excl. EPP)?
Good TV especially for the price.
This product is currently out of stock due to manufacturer delays. New orders are expected to be supplied in March.

I pulled the trigger on this at $2969 last week, Samsung online price, Harvey’s matched. Wait, but you run the risk of no more stock being available with new models out in coming months. I tried JB & Good Guys no store in SA had stock or was willing to sell me a back order, and both offered me floor stock meaning they won’t be selling these once orders are fulfilled. I found Harvey Normans in the state with one left out the back and snapped it up.
Is 10 inches worth an extra $1500?
Left this wide open :)
Seems like a bargain really. $150 per inch 😁
Delivery $333. No thanks
Sony x90j is now less than 3k plus cashrewards for those looking for a good quality 75" available now.
Which one is better X90 or Q85?
I had the qn85a but had to return it due to a fault. Have replaced it with a Sony x95j so not an exact comparison.
I feel like the picture quality is better on the Sony and more consistent but I do miss the pop and vividness of the Samsung.
I did also have an issue with the Samsung in shows when I had subtitles turned on and the background was dark - it caused the subtitles to be dark as well and inconsistent in terms of brightness. It was a major pain in the rear and basically had to adjust local dimming to low to compensate for it and ended up with less pop. I never got it to a point where I was happy with it. I think the Samsung is noticeably brighter.
Haven't tried the Samsung to compare but I've found the X90j to have an excellent picture for movies and sport (the Winter Olympics looked fantastic), It also has the latest Google TV built in so it has better app availability than the Samsung.
Where have you seen the 75x90j for under 3k? I know refurbished are selling for under that but new?
We bought one at Costco for $2800 after Christmas. Was also under 3k at Good Guys recently.
I've been on the hunt for a 75X90J and right now the cheapest i can find is about $3250 from JBHifi Solutions or from Amazon with cashback from Shopback. Any one found any cheaper? (Other than refurbs)
any discount code op?
Shouldn’t need one. Is it not showing $2990?
Is this Full Array Local Dimming? VA panel?
I'm was looking to purchase this TV about 2 weeks ago and base on how fast the price has been falling in the last 2 weeks, I don't think it is beneficial to commit to a backorder at this moment (AO has this TV on backorder until 21.05).
By the time you get the TV from your backorder, the price will surely lower than what it is now.
