      Not really, most users won't notice the difference.

      Tech improves, bigger numbers are better for advertising.

        depends on devices and use case.
        Higher the number, more safe esp you are using it for something recording 4k videos.
        Otherwise, if it is used for game consoles, mobiles, etc, then no differences.
