    Has anyone received theirs yet? My order was marked as shipped(after nearly three weeks and with me chasing up) but there are no valid shipping details yet. Other items purchased from Ali have been delivered already so am beginning to suspect that it hasn't actually been sent yet.

            @ozblogger: Got a reply from seller, says to open dispute for a refund in 5 days. Pretty sure they haven't shipped any, and asking us for $5 more to cover cost
            Refund should not be an issue, will just take time. But where will get the same item for A$55 now :(

          No, it was weird.

          I somehow managed to open a dispute on 9 March with dispute reason: Purchase Protection is running out, but package is still in transit.

          Then in the tracking where it used to have no details, now shows:

          2022-03-10 16:50
          Out for delivery
          Arrived at departure transport hub

          2022-03-10 15:50
          Processing at sorting center

          2022-03-10 14:56
          Received by logistics company

          Processing at sorting center

          TL;DR: Always make a video of you unboxing your package. Start by filming the label and open the package in one uninterrupted shot.

          Sadly I've already bought another one from a local stock. I guess someone's birthday gift is settled.

    I paid with paypal, lodged a dispute through them as AliExpress take forever to arrange a refund. Still waiting on the outcome.

    I am negging this deal only because it's a scam, it was a good offer if it wasn't backed by a fraudulent seller.

    After paying the additional fees requested, I finally got my pump delivered today.

    If it wasn't for the 100% cashback on SG that would have been lost, wouldn't have bothered to chase up and pay extra..

      Ordered 1st Feb and arrived today, the 25th.

      Also no additional fees paid.

      However I did chat with the seller around the 9th of March asking for a refund but was assured it would arrive. I was still a bit sceptical though.

      Anyway, happy now that it has arrived and don't need to think about it any more.
