    Can Woolworths Mobile consider making this offer available to all customers, not just new customers? As a 2+ year customer, it's nice to know that my loyalty is valued through the regular 10% off groceries purchase and as enticing as this is, there are at least 2 other providers that offer better packages at with the regards to both data and overall cost.

    Hi OP, does this support VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling?

    • Unfortunately Woolworths Mobile don't yet support VoLTE or Wi-Fi calling (dependent on when Telstra gives wholesale access to those features)

  • Does anyone know if I get this will I still get the 10% discount if I have it already with woolworths insurance? So will I get 2 x 10% every month?

      You don't get more than one per Rewards card. You could sign up for another Rewards card to get the additional.

      Although that said, you can effectively get two per month anyway, one in store and one online via click and collect/delivery.

      "You will only be able to redeem the discount once per month, even if you have multiple Woolworths Mobile services under your name or a Woolworths Insurance or Woolworths Credit Card product."

  • Can I switch from a monthly prepaid plan to the long expiry plan using this pack?

    • You need to port out to another provider and port back in.

      • will that reset my 10% discount (i.e. wait for another 45 days to be eligible)?

    I would say coles mobile deal is better, just few days ago it was available for $119 and with 120gb data and international calls included, I would vote for that one.

    Not available at the moment but it keeps on coming on discount, the $150 365 days pack.

  • Was keen to get WW mobile, but the clincher is international calls. Unlimited with boost on the $200 plan (yes its apples and pears).

    Having said that, always been happy with WW mobile when i've been porting out and in for JB Telstra deals.

    • 10-15 business days for delivery generally (AusPost regular post).

      I recommend contacting via official channels (e.g. livechat on the website) for any order-specific support, as I'm unable to provide support over OzBargain

    • The Long Expiry starter-packs aren't sold in-store unfortunately

      • Any idea how quickly these are likely to arrive in Melbourne? My other plan is expirying in 15 days and need it before then! (in melbourne)

        • 10-15 business days generally for the SIM packs to arrive (in most cases sooner, however that's the timeframe recommended), sent via AusPost regular post.

    • eSIM is available on every Woolworths Mobile plan - you will need to activate with a physical SIM first, then swap to eSIM via the app afterwards

  • How long do we have to activate it once we get the SIM?

    • Yes, you can port your number in from another provider during the activation process - when prompted, select to bring an existing number.
