Motherboard is definitely on the budget side but will run a 10100F with no issues.
10100F is a decent 4 core/8 thread CPU. Benchmarks show it's basically equivalent to a stock i7-7700k in gaming performance. Should be enough for pretty much all modern titles. Processor also comes with a box cooler which is definitely sufficient for this part.
Great deal, I paid $119 for a 10105F in the black friday sales and thought i did well (which is basically the same chip as the 10100f).

Great little CPU, I have the 10105f with a gtx 980 in my son's computer, handles all the games he plays without a problem
I've seen various posts warning about things like this:

Some people, apparently, have found the x16 slot doesn't work on 10th gen processors for some of these boards.
This bundled with the ~$80 ram sales around at the moment would really transform any old PC (assuming you have a video card of some description). Great buy imo
