You're buying this for the better monitor stand and USB-C connectivity (i.e it's a premium work / office monitor)
It's not a gaming display. Probably look at LG UltraGear series if you want high refresh and low latency. e.g https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/665044

Cheers mate
Nah you need close to 1000 nits for proper hdr
Yeah thought so.
At the very least 600, HDR300 is token HDR just to be able to whack it in the “features”.
Damn, I was waiting for LG to bring in the 32UN650 (32" IPS - pretty similar monitor to this without the USB-C ad ergo stand), but gave up and bought a Dell S3221QS instead…this would have been perfect for me (if it wasn't a year too late!). I would have paid the extra $200 for IPS, USB-C and the stand! ($150 difference, after buying a North Bayou stand for my Dell instead)
Oh well.
Thanks OP, pulled the trigger. Was looking around for this exact monitor earlier in the year and would have paid $1K for it but was out of stock everywhere.
Yep, I was at work when I got an email from pcpartpicker that it had dropped below my set price point. Had to buy it!
Had to buy it!

just bought this and the xps 2 in 1 from ebay which also had a massive drop. black friday sale it is..
Still showing as $699. Not expired.
Is it HDR worthwhile with 350 nits , thinking of a monitor this size for PS5 and PC , but not sure if it is any good for that , 60 fps is no deal-breaker for the games I play
