Can’t vouch for this exact model, but I’ve got an old version of this (with manual speed switch rather than rotary dial like this), had it probably 12 or so years & has been great.

do the attachments reach the bottom of the bowl, so it mixes evenly and no stopping and scraping like on some cheaper mixers?
Yes, that's why it's called the scraper mixer… The beating attachment has stiff rubber/plastic scrapers built into it, which scrap the whole surface as it's mixing.
The whisk & dough hook obviously don't have this, but the whisk still doesn't very good job of getting very very close.
I have this (or similiar) and yes - I make cake and cookies. Though if you make bread no.
can I make noodle dough and meat cake with this? Why some products are so expensive, like $700 or so? I'm genuine ignorance for this
Depends how dense the dough is. Meat cake is better in the food processor.
