  Got the 3x coupons from one of the bargains here before. Brought my car to the Hoddle Street Watershed twice.

  1st was good, car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out

  2nd was good until I got home and realised that my original car mats for the passenger side and both rear mats were missing. Went back to them immediately within 45mins who told me that they know nothing about it and since I did not check it before I took my car, I could not do anything about it.

  3rd coupon, did not use it. Tore it up. Will not deal with such dodgy people

      They are open 9-5 or 10-5 on weekends. But when its really busy on the weekends, they do a very bad job. They don't even want to bend below the number plates of the car so everything below that is dirty. I often go at the Richmond location, but I have to get someone after the car is washed and I make him clean all the missed spots which takes another 10-15 mins.

    I know is says the garantee on the deal but what they say and what they do are 2 diff things.. plus has anyone heard of Spurrr? whats there track record like? sound like another deals website with no control over the services they sell! beware

  Agree with Gavman. When it comes to discount services, it is very hard to know if you are getting the full price service or a "discount" service since you have a coupon.

  I understand that Scoopon did not pay them, but as a business, these guys need to honour whatever was advertised to the paid customers. And continue to service the paid customers and claim their losses back from Scoopon. It should not be the consumer that suffers.

  I agree with mediam0de, these guys are NOT GOOD, they don't care about their customer/potential customer, they just simply said Scoopon didn't pay them, so we have to get our $$$ from Scoopon, which doesn't work quite well as Scoopon only give you credits back into your scoopon account, NOT your original $$$!!!
