Watershed Scoopon deals in Melb

hello guys
brought a few of the watershed car wash deal off scoopon which is "$39 for THREE Deluxe Car Washes".
Went to watershed to get a wash and was told they have stopped accepting the coupon which is valid till Feb 2012. i wonder if other people have similar experience with scoopon deals and i want to see if scoopon has any official explanations!

    I was lucky I didnt buy that. But I bougth from Living Social deal for "Go to Guys" (car servicing deal) for $89- BIG MISTAKE! Couldnt get a booking as the company didnt respond to online bookings and their phone was always engaged! Emailed Living social and asked for a refund-they offered me $100 store credit- I declined- saying I just need my money back which they gave back!

    I have used this Group Buys deals before but this is the first time I got hurt!

    apparently, they have got into a dispute with Scoopon coz they havent been paid for their work! Watch Out…

    I've written them an email 2 days ago and still waiting for an explanation!
    i wonder if there is someone i can speak to about this…
