      So many companies do that. It must cost them a lot in churn costs. The old business adage is that the most profitable customer is the one you already have… and that it can cost $hundreds to bring a new customer onboard.

      I just left Telstra because new customers were getting better deals than I could as a very long term Telstra customer. Maybe in a year, I’ll come back to them if their introductory deals are good….. and then leave again.

    I ordered something from Amazon recently and I could not find a 40% off code for the Fire TV 4K. Is it on a flyer inside the amazon box or on a sticker on the box itself ?

      Its a little card. Its pretty obvious to see. Have got a couple so far but have had maybe 20 orders over the last month. Came in one that was a $9 usb adapter. Then nothing in my big orders. Then I think one came with my jump starter. Which was good because that was faulty and needed to be returned

      Just spoke to their live chat who told me the process is automatic and they couldn't help upfront.
      They told me to pay full price, and contact them for a 50% refund once it arrives (which is about 2 weeks atm according to their own estimate).
