You need to be Westpac customers and clicking through the offer via your Westpac account, as I was told by AGL. Their system will detect it. But we signed up early July 2021, but never received egiftcard from AGL. Enquired about it early August and still haven't heard from them. Supposed to receive the card with 30 days of signing up. Very bad services and attitudes. Even was promised a callback by couple of AGL Solution team agents who have never called back.
find agls complaints email and attach t and cs and any written copy of the offer. That what I did for another company
They said they would get back to us about a month ago. Never heard back. When emailed again they said they were still investigating.

I know. But AGL has been having problems since July and still not resolved as per their resolution team manager.
