        Apparently for the loyalty voucher there are two tiers. One is the S20 tier (CDS) which gives 200 dollars voucher and the other is anything below S20 and above S8s, which is the ODS. So I told Samsung chat that I had a S8+ that was broken, and they gave me a 100 dollar code that was stackable with the CDS.

            @RockyK9: I just talked with Samsung Store support, the one at the bottom right hand corner in the store. I told them I was looking to upgrade from my S8+ and heard that there was a 100 dollar voucher and they just gave it to me straight away

        • I think there is a Samsung loyalty code but he was trading in an iPhone which is why I was confused.

      • The RRP starts at $1,249.00 for the S21 5G and the $200 is applied automatically, then once you get the trade in code it applies the $500+tradevalue, the $50 is the newsletter sign up code and the chat code is via the online website chat.

    • How did you get $10 for iphone 7 Plus… as I have a 7 plus and I am getting the trade in value as $55. In fact I need a lower value $20 in order to use my vouchers (I received a voucher from support team for my dead samsung phone)

      The 256gb is well worth the extra, since you can't upgrade storage with an SDcard on the S21 series, unfortunately.

    If anyone needs $50 codes, try a temporary email address (just google it). I couldn't get any codes through my regular gmail/yahoo/work emails, but got 3 out of 4 through the temporary email address (waited ~2 hours):

    • @bs0, this was strange. I tried your 2nd code, it worked in the cart (reduced by $50). But when I finally went to the checkout to pay, it unapplied.
      It could be because it conflicted with my $100 chat code maybe? No big deal though. This is an amazing deal, regardless!

              @pgsn: I would get the 256gb version if you want to guarantee you get a phone with this deal (its only an extra $100 and there is no SD card slot in this phone). Or you could chance it and wait for more stock hopefully before all the codes/offers stop.

              Pretty sure the cheapest you will get a S21 128gb is $399 and 256gb $499 (if not actually trading a phone).

              Looks like posting publicly worked haha… 2 minutes after I posted, I got onto an agent and got a $100 EDS voucher. They initially brought up the newsletter voucher and said they could send a follow-up for it, but I said that I had a "friend" who got a $100 voucher from live chat as well a couple of weeks ago. Took them about 10 minutes to "get the code", but got one in the end.

              They seemed to suggest that the $50 newsletter voucher and $100 chat code wouldn't be able to stack. But based on everyone else's experience, I don't believe this will be the case.

      I received mine today that I ordered on 16th. Follow up on phones and chats didn't help. Finally I sent an email to the CEO Office 2 days ago, (you can do that from Support page) and received an immediate response yesterday morning and my phone was shipped yesterday and delivered today.

    I have entered my S8 for trade in, it gave me an additional $20 discount bringing the total value down to $579. (I will not returning my phone so didn't count that in above)
    So the total cost for S21+ will be = $659 ($599 + $60 admin fees that I will have to pickup for not returning the old phone based on previous comments)

    Hope I haven't issued anything? can someone please confirm (particularly someone who went through this process)?

    • I believe you won't be charged the admin fee. that is only charged if you send it and it is not as described. If you don't send it at all, you will just be charged the normal $20 trade in value.
      my note 10+ was also valued at $20, but id rather them take the 20 and keep it as a spare phone.

      Just add a pair to your cart when you buy an S21. From the comments, it seems that the free case isn't applied when buying Buds 2 though.

  • Currently low stock of the S21 models, it seems unlikely they will replace before the deal ends this month, but there are still S21Ultra / Flip3 / Fold3.

    For the $50 discount turn of adblockers, allow cookies and popups in your browser, and open a new private tab then navigate to : https://www.samsung.com/au/
    After Accepting Cookies, you should see a popup at the bottom offering $50 off, just enter your email and wait an hour or two (some email domains reportedly don't work).

    For the trade-in you can get up to $330 using the Samsung TradeUp app, or if you device isn't covered or is damaged and not under warranty you can ask the Chat Agent for $100-200 Loyalty Voucher, the amount will vary according to the device, it seems only newer ones get full $200.

    These two are on top of the original advertised discount of $500+200.

  • Is anyone else's saying it's in transit? Mine has been in transit for 5 days now and it's now 2 days past the estimated delivery time. No updates to my tracking at all.

    • same, just spoke to their "e commerce" team over the phone - this is common. they gave me a tracking number but can't be looked up online because my order hasn't been despatched yet.
      They said if not here by October (i'm rural vic) get back to them
