    I'm not going to trade my iphone 10
    so it's going to be 399 for an S21 128gb
    possibly 469, but I'll chuck in my old LG G4 and see what happens.

          They specifically states that all custom colors couldn't be changed nor cancel in T&C.

      A couple of months back I bought an S21 Ultra in one of the exclusive colours and it had the warning about 6 week wait. It got delivered about 4 days later, and at that point I still had not received a tracking number or order dispatched email.

      Not saying this will happen to you, but just thought to share my experience.

      • So let me see if I got this right… If I run the trade in app again. I lie and say the screen is not cracked and it has a $20 value.
        When they get the phone they will see the screen is cracked.
        Will I then loose the $500 bonus? or the $20 trade in value? Have to pay a another admin fee?

        • The common opinion is lose the $20 trade in fee and pay $60 admin fee and/or maybe in case of cracked screen phone is returned to you.

          There's likely a 100% chance my phone will get damaged in transit.

    • You don't need a cracked phone or anything. If you have Samsung just tell them it has some network issues. Looses network and you already did the factory reset and no luck

    • Find a phone OR tablet which is on the list of tradeable items, then find a friend or family with an iOS or Android device who is not going to be using any Samsung upgrade deals and/or is not very tech savvy.

        Now, I got an SMS from Startrack, which says 'your Samsung order would reach you by 21/09/21'.

  • My order says 'Arrives on 19/09/2021 Express Delivery'. That's damn impressive seeing as that was yesterday and they only dispatched it today. If I knew the Ultra had a time travel function I wouldn't have waited for a discount.

      Ive used both Note 20 Ultra and S21 Ultra, S21 Ultra is my choice.

    • Sd card is the only benefit from the note. Not really worth it considering the current street price and the fact that you can get the 512gb s21U for $1200.

    • I had the same issue. You need to use a different chat not that one. Google search Samsung chat and if it’s not the same webpage as you are using now it will work. Basically there is 2 Samsung chats and you’re on the one that doesn’t work right now

      Try the product chat tomorrow after 8 AM. Go to the product page and you will see a head within a green circle for chatting with a sales agent. It might takes some time to get through but they are much more friendly when it comes to codes.

      • That's the right chat line. Just need patience. Maybe start real early in the morning.

    • While you try on another chat. Email them pictures of your phone and Emei. It doesn't have to be cracked or anything. At least in my case I got it

    • I just made up a story that my brother and I were both upgrading to S21+. I told the chat rep that he had just received a $100 code and was wondering if I could get one too. Got it immediately.

    Has anyone seen any movement in their delivery once they got the notification from Star Track. My Samsung online order says despatched friday, Star Track's tracking number only worked yesterday and there has been no movement since. It still showing as "Ready for Pickup"

    • I called Samsung as my Saturday order shows dispatched but is stuck too - the rep advised there is a whole collection of orders in the warehouse awiating star track to collect and they will be collected this evening

  • Just ordered an S21 Ultra 5G 512 - the 256GB models in normal colors are all out of stock as of this morning. Paying an extra $200 for an extra 256 GB isn't a great return so some may prefer dropping to the 128GB for $300 cheaper.

    $100 code obtained from asking chat nicely and mentioning past Samsung product loyalty. $50 newsletter code never came from the email sign ups but user randomrandom kindly shared one.

    $1024 after all the discounts - then you need to decide whether to cop the $60 fee + trade in value and sell your old phone privately.

      S21 Ultra 512GB model has 16GB Ram versus 12GB Ram in 256GB and 128GB models

  • I managed to get the $100 off code yesterday afternoon, so $929 for the ultra. I can salary package so about $500 after tax and GST savings. Pretty happy with that. I'm not sure whether to keep my Pixel 3 and pay the $20 trade in + $60 admin fee? It's in perfect condition and might be a good spare phone.

  • I purchased S21+ 256GB on 16th Sep, and online order status shows Despatched on 17th Sep, but I didn’t receive any SMS for tracking info. Upon calling Samsung I was provided a Star Track tracking number, and was told it hasn’t been updated by the courier yet. Tracking number doesn’t show anything on star track portal, and upon calling them they told they do not have this tracking number in their system yet. Its already 21 Sep but still ko update. I will try to reach out to Samsung again today, but just wanted to check if anyone faced something similar before?

      I ordered on 17th, StarTrack tracking appeared on MyPost account on Sun and as of today, the status on the StarTrack website is "It's being prepared" and est delivery is today - both doesnt appear to be in sync so maybe they are overwhelmed by the volume and status are out of whack at the moment.

      See my comment above - I had the exact same scenario, one rep even provided me tracking number (which came up error on Star track website).
      I finally managed to get through to someone more switched on @ Samsung this morning - and he advised there is a whole collection of phones sitting in their warehouse awaiting Star track collection tonight (these are the ones showing "dispatched" when you look up order status)

      So hopefully we should get things showing on tracker tomorrow
