Update - For those who wondering whether or not WeMoney do any credit checks, I got in touch with the store rep Michael via their chat option and he mentioned the below,

"Thank you for reaching out to us! For your reference, WeMoney members receive free monthly updates on both their Equifax and Experian credit scores which will result in a file access note not a credit check which has no impact to your credit score or file.
In terms of guarantee that your credit file has not been impacted, I’ve attached a link directly from Equifax Australia that outlines “File Access” provisions which WeMoney uses. You can find this link on page 9: https://www.equifax.com.au/sites/default/files/16-8305_Consu…
A direct quote from the page is located below:
“The Access Seeker method of report access leaves a “file access note” instead of an enquiry in the Consumer Credit Information section on the report and therefore does not impact your credit score. This is not visible to lenders and other credit providers.”

    • The usual timeline for a cashback to track is up to 5 days. FWIW, get in touch with SB after that.

    I would recommend against.

    • May be wait for 5 days and submit a request again. There's no reason for SB to decline it I believe.

  • I sign up with shopback over a year ago. Last month I decided to unsubscribe SB sick of their emails choking up my mailbox.

    The next day, their email say my membership will expired in 30 days due to inactive more then 12 months or, I have to make a purchase otherwise my a/c will be closed & forfeit all my cashback although only $6 but, not happy SB!!
