Have purchased a couple of times from this company, the quality is really good. I noticed that they had a good deal on yeast.
Weirdly though, there’s an image of a different brand on the main page, then in bold writing in the description it says Note: we are using The Healthy Baker Brand of same quality

Also, product of china. Packed in Australia

Other than the nuts, I can vouch for Turkish Delight, it’s really good.

  The obscene shipping cost kills the deal. 280 gr packet at Woolworths is $4.40.

  Wow. The packaging of the Fermex yeast quite obviously hasn't been updated since the mid 1970s.

  The healthy baker packet says “opened packets will remain effective for a few days if refrigerated”.
  Hope you plan on baking a lot of bread.

    I keep my yeast in the freezer. Keeps well and runs out before it dies, but I make a lot of pizza.
