Kids can go a long way for a dollar. Throughout the October school holidays, CountryLink is offering a great value fare to help make your holiday, short break or visit to friends or relatives that little bit more affordable. Up to four children from the one household can travel to any of over 360 destinations on the CountryLink network for just a dollar each.
All passengers must be members of the one household, i.e. parent(s), grandparent(s), guardian and children, and must travel together for the duration of the journey.
Conditions:
- Available in conjunction with two (2) adult paying passengers and a maximum of four (4) children.
- The normal applicable child fare is to be charged to any number of children in excess of four
- Fare applies to first and economy class seats only (not applicable to sleeping berths). Relevant applicable rail fare and berth charges apply.
- Fare not available to adults in possession of a concession card or pensioner travel voucher, or a family group travelling on rail employee passes.
- Can not be used in conjunction with any other CountryLink fare.
- Available for travel between 26 September 2008 and 13 October 2008 inclusive.
- Fare is available on a one way and return basis (i.e. $1.00 each way).
- Child $1.00 Promotional fare is Non Refundable.
