Looks like delays in their mail server. Sometimes I get the mail before 7 AM, sometimes after 11 AM.

Oovie is free only the first wednesday of the month. Redroom is free every Tuesday.
But there are a lot more Oovie kiosks than Redroom…
To get Oovie free codes, you have to sign up at http://www.oovie.com.au/free/free-wednesdays/registers.html
(But you probably knew that)
Redroom will send you the free codes every Tuesday, if you give a valid email address when renting a DVD…

Just one note of caution: RedRoom expects DVDs back by 7 PM (oovie by 9 PM).
From personal experience, returning by 7 PM to far-away kiosks is very difficult on a Wednesday. The traffic alone ensures you won't get there on time… Thats how redroom earns from these free Tuesdays…
Did anyone else read this as "restroom dvd free hire"?
