Looking at their feedback it looks like they have only recently started selling on Amazon and the 50% rating is due to 3 x 1-star ratings that were left in the last 2 weeks due to cancelled orders.
These "cancelled" orders have actually all been shipped and delivered, These customers have left bad reviews as Amazon uses a system that scans tracking numbers attached to orders and for whatever reason decided 20-30 of our couriers please tracking numbers were not real and cancelled all the orders after we had already shipped it. Quite frustrating..

Hmm.. wonder how the sellers like HT maintain good reviews in Amazon if this is a common issue. By the way, the product is shipped by Amazon. If something goes wrong, you can deal with Amazon support. So it should be alright.

Ordered X570-F Strix from these guys, all good, but only gripe i have is that it seems like it was already opened when i got it.
That could also be amazon fault. I had that with a noctua cooler (different seller) and it had been opened but unused. Amazon gave me a 30% credit. But I order alot from amazon so maybe that influenced things.
All motherboard boxes seemed opened as they do not have seals on the cardboard, there should be 1 security seal on the plastic around the motherboard.

Why are some people so fussed about a seller knowing their name and shipping address? What if there are faults with the products and the seller needs to be notified of the buyer's detail in order to liaise with the buyer?

I ordered 2 monitors with these guys, one of them had a crappy panel.
Told them about it and they sorted it all out with no issues, they were quick to respond to anything I had asked and were easy to deal with.
I can't say for anyone else but I personally had a good experience dealing with these guys, would definitely purchase from them again.

Would this be a cheap replacement for an MSI B450m v2?
I grabbed it when making my Ryzen 5 3600 rig in 2019, but it has issues and I’d rather just replace it with something that can take another M.2 SSD and another ram kit (currently still using 2x8gb 3200).

Was missing the wifi antenna, bluetooth was acting and the IO shield was missing…reached out to them and they sorted it out.

Likely has support out of the box. Even if not, the board does have Q-Flash Plus so you can easily update it yourself without requiring a loan CPU.

I'm still waiting on Amazon to show that my motherboard has shipped. Is this Amazon tracking not working (like I've seen with international orders) or are they on backorder at Titan Tech?
