I just received this phone two days ago from previous Harvey Norman deal.
The major cons of this phone is that it only has a 720p monitor, and a n WiFi only, no ac.
The pros are it has 2 Sim slots + another for sd card, and it has a clean android one os with 3 years security updates.
While I don't complain with the price I paid which is $170, I wouldn't pay $240 for it.
It's a reasonable phone for kids or elderly, or as a back up phone

Haven't been following android for years. The '3 yr promise' you mentioned confused me. Are you implying that updates on Android isn't free nowadays?
They are free, but most manufacturers offer 1 or 2 years' of updates and or security patches.
A Oppo A52/A53 or budget Realme C3 may be a better buy?
A key selling point of this phone is the clean AndroidOne and 3 years of security updates.

It's pretty annoying to me this is a feature as you'd think a stock Android version world be the easiest to maintain. I'm not sure why more manufacturers don't just release a clean rom.
