  This thing is horribly insecure and their support team just shut up when you point it out to them. Their "local only" mode still requires an internet connection. You can't block it from the internet and then we you look at the traffic it opens a backdoor ssh connection to an ec2 instance. Terrible product. I sent it back.

    I've been using it for 6 months.. The reliability of it has been consistent so far except for the odd connection time-out.

        Even with cloud storage turned off + local mode on it still makes this ssh connection. Dodgy af
